As Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 (GC7) reprogramming unfolds amidst severe funding cuts, women and girls in all our diversity are being forced to choose between essentials: maternal care or mental health, harm reduction or peer support. These aren’t luxuries—they are life-saving, rights-affirming services. ICW Global and W4GF, in partnership with YOUNITE TB, TB Women, and CS4ME, conducted a rapid global assessment to ask: what can we not live without? Nearly 100 women across regi
